Diana Carter

Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer

Diana Carter serves as vice president and chief administrative officer, charged with the strategic alignment of functions impacting risk and operations. As CAO, Carter leads the integration of Internal Audit, University Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and CEPAR. 

Carter joined Emory in 2013 and is a certified public accountant with a master’s degree in accounting. She has previously served in Emory’s finance division, as chief business officer for Candler School of Theology, and as chief of staff for the Office of the EVPBA.
